When you enter our clinic we want your senses to swoon. Essential oils waft though the halls as  the water sounds and music place you in a relaxed state. Lie on our heated massage tables and have moist heat treat painful areas and melt stress away. Or try one of our types of infrared heat to penetrate deep to increase microcirulation and loosens fascia to accelerate the natural healing processes of the body.  When it's over enjoy our complementary organic hot teas to carry on the calm.

Ideally, patients should eat an hour or two before treatment and avoid any caffeine right before their treatment. Patients should wear comfortable, loose clothing and expect to be lying on the treatment table for 20-45 minutes.

During the treatment, you may feel relaxed, heavy, tingly, drowsy, or even fall asleep. The more acupuncture you receive, the more relaxed you will feel during the treatment.

After the treatment, the patient may feel drowsy or very relaxed for about an hour, and then feel refreshed and focused. It is best to not do any strenuous or stressful activity after an acupuncture treatment so that the body can retain the effects of the treatment. It can take up to 48 hours for a patient to feel the full effect, but it’s okay to return to normal daily routines the day after the treatment.

Drink lots of water before and after your treatment to flush out toxins and prevent soreness after your session. Distilled, alkaline water, and natural spring water are recommended. Sparkling water, flavored water, and mineral waters do not provide the same type of hydration and are not recommended.
